This Software is DEMO product
That means user has possibility to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and
functionality before making a purchase.
This "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that the Software
will perform to satisfaction. Therefore there is no refund policy for any
purchase of this product.
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Demo version as you wish
and distribute them to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must
distribute the install form of the Demo version (not the files resulting of an
installation). You are not allowed to sell the Demo version (except for shipment
and handling charges). Computer's Magazines are authorized to distribute it on
any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform us by e-mail each
time you distribute the Demo version.
Reverse Engineering
You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or
disassemble the Software in whole or in part.
On payment of the appropriate license fee, the user is given the royalty-free
license that entitles the user to use a single copy of the Software for
development purposes for each license purchased. The license is granted per
developer, which means that it is permissible for the same developer to install
more than one copy of the Software provided that only one copy is in use at any
time
You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is
transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights
to the Software will remain the exclusive property of Neutrinox.com and you will
not acquire any rights to the Software except as expressly set forth in this
license. You agree that any copies of the Software will contain the same
proprietary notices which appear on and in the Software.
Whilst every care has been taken in the construction and testing of this
Software, it is supplied subject to the condition that the user undertakes to
evaluate the suitability of the control for his/her purposes. Neutrinox Software
makes no representation of the Software"s suitability for any purpose, and the
user agrees that Neutrinox Software has no responsibility for any loss or damage
occasioned by the use of this Software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT

(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING
OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF NEUTRINOX
SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE,
NEUTRINOX SOFTWARE"S CUMULATIVE AND ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY
FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS OR ACTIONS ARISING
OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID
FOR THIS LICENSE.
Software Upgrade and Support Policy
Neutrinox Software does not make any promises for developing and releasing new
versions of this software, although some effort will be made to fix all found
bugs and incompatibilities. Neutrinox Software will do its best to perform the
limited support to all users of this software.
Custom Copy
Custom Copy Service is NOT part of the price you pay for the software. It's just
something we offer as a 'Customer Service'
YOU SHOULD NOT BUY THE SOFTWARE CONSIDERING CUSTOM COPY SERVICE AS A FEATURE. IT
CAN BE DISCONTINUED AT ANY TIME.
Entire Agreement
This is the entire agreement between you and Neutrinox which supersedes any
prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the
subject matter of this license.
THIS AGREEMENT CAN BE MODIFIED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
If you do not agree to these conditions you should not install and/or use this
Software.
